While serving on Foothills staff, you will be viewed as a member of leadership. We ask staff members to commit to certain lifestyle expectations, to be in a position to effectively minister to others, and be maturing as a believer. As a minimum, this means you have committed your life to Christ and are in agreement with the Foothills statements and structures outlined in our membership covenant.

In addition:
  1. You commit to continue to develop your walk with God by constantly growing in your personal relationship with Jesus.
  2. You commit to being an example to others by what you say, how you live your life, how you show Christ's love to others, and how you exercise your faith.
  3. You commit to helping people find and follow Jesus by using what God has given you: time, treasures, and talents. As a leader, you commit to giving at least 10% of your income back to Foothills Community Church in order to support the vision of the church.
  4. You commit to live your life with purity, integrity, and virtue.
